Short Term Rental and MLS photography are priced differently because they are used differently. Short Term Rentals are rentals for under a year, and are priced accordingly for long term photo usage.
*There will be a $65 fee plus gas mileage fee to go back and re-shoot for anything other than photographer error. If I need to reshoot more than 10 images, it will be priced at the cost of a full shoot.

The faster I get your photos to you, the faster you can list your property! Your hi-res photos will be MLS ready and delivered through an online gallery link directly to your email for download.
Any required parking fees will be billed accordingly.
Your property must be photo-ready prior to our arrival.
The property will be shot as is. Item removal beyond small items will fall under the furniture removal add on price.
If there is an issue when I arrive, I will try to call/text you immediately. If I cannot reach you then I will assume you are aware of the property conditions and will proceed with the shoot. There will be a $65 fee (10 photos maximum), plus mileage if I have to go back a second time to re-do any shots.
Invoice will be sent upon booking and must be paid 24 hours before delivery of photos.
Unless otherwise stated, I don't typically shoot secondary closets or utility/linen closets. Please let me know if you would like me to include any of these prior to shoot.
